1. Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds are only available under specific circumstances:

  • Hardware Products: Refunds may be provided if the hardware received is defective upon arrival or does not match the description at the time of purchase. Defective hardware must be reported within 14 days of receipt, and proof of purchase must be provided. All returned hardware must be in original packaging, with all accessories included.

  • Software and Services: Due to the nature of software licenses and subscription-based services, refunds are generally not provided once the software or service has been activated. However, if there is a fault with the software that cannot be resolved by our support team, you may be eligible for a refund. This will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.

2. Non-Refundable Items

The following items are non-refundable:

  • Hardware that is damaged due to misuse or negligence.

  • Software licenses or digital products once they are delivered and activated.

  • Services that have been rendered or activated as per the contractual agreement.

3. Refund Process

To initiate a refund request, you must:

  • 3. Once the returned product is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

4. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund after 10 business days, please check with your bank or credit card provider as processing times may vary. If you’ve done this and still have not received your refund, contact us at business@vionord.com for further assistance.

5. Exchanges

We only replace hardware items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival. If you need an exchange for the same item, contact us at business@vionord.com within 14 days of receiving your hardware. Exchanges are subject to product availability.

6. Shipping Costs

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs when returning hardware, except in cases where the product was defective or incorrect. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping may be deducted from your refund.

7. Changes to the Refund Policy

We reserve the right to update this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website, and the date of the latest revision will be indicated at the top of the policy.
